Abstract
In this paper, HWABB constant pressure variable frequency water supply is designed to provide hot water for student undefined dormitory. The 21-story dormitory, which has about 2000 students, is divided into three separate sections: the High, the Central and the low. Each area is maintained by a separate constant-voltage converter control box, and three variable-frequency control boxes are controlled by a single main control box.
This design uses the energy efficiency ratio 4-6 air source as the heating mode and passes the heat transfer through the heat exchanger to the low temperature water. The heat exchanger is heated by the circulating pump for several cycles. Finally, the heating is stopped by the combination of the temperature sensor and the PLC.
In this paper, I did hydraulic calculations. Pipe configuration and electromechanical equipment selection are carried out based on calculation parameters. In this paper, the electric control system and the PLC control scheme are determined through the discussion of three schemes, and the electrical control circuit diagram and the PLC control program are designed. The control functions such as water level control, water temperature control, switch control of water supply pump start and stop, water supply control, heating and water supply are realized.
According to the requirement of constant pressure variable frequency water supply, the hot water supply of high, middle and low zones is designed. Each area contains one inverter and three pump motor groups. Each converter switches the two pumps with frequency / frequency conversion, and synthetically judges and controls with PLC. Each group of pump units are dual-purpose, and by selecting switches to select the backup pump. The whole constant pressure variable frequency water supply is controlled by constant water pressure.
